Foods are often the subject of debates. It seems like just when you find a food that you think is good for you, a new study shows up saying it can cause side effects. That’s just disheartening.

It’s also confusing. Should you eat those carbs? This expert said they’re bad for you. Should you drink coffee? This expert said it can dehydrate you. Should you drink more than 8 glasses of water? This expert said you can get water poisoning.

With all of these conflicting reports, it’s no wonder we forget that we can do things naturally without investing in things we don’t need to.
